a purchase agreement containing all order details will be emailed to PURCHASER prior to consumation of order.  please review the agreement thoroughly for any omissions or oversights.  seller is not responsible for discrepancies in order quantity or custom specifications.

SALES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. PRICING REFLECTED IN WRITTEN QUOTATIONS IS HONORED FOR 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF QUOTATION. ALL GOODS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND ARE THE PROPERTY OF CHRISTOPHER ALLEN, LLC UNTIL ORDER BALANCES ARE PAID IN FULL. GOODS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL PRIOR TO DELIVERY (OR SHIPMENT) WITHOUT EXCEPTION. REFUNDS AND RETURNS ARE NOT OFFERED NOR ACCEPTED.

PAYMENT
all orderS require a 50% non-refundable deposit and are put into production only afteR deposit is received.  all major credit cards (visa/mastercard/discover/american express) are accepted and require a credit card authorization be signed and returned to CONSUMMATE order. all credit card payments are subject to a 5% transaction fee.  checks SHOULD BE MADE OUT TO 'CHRISTOPHER ALLEN, LLC' AND MAILED DIRECTLY TO:

lead times
lead times vary depending on current production schedule and on size and complexity of a given order. typically 8 - 12 weeks IS EXPECTED for fabrication.

delays
delays can and do happen. delays caused by labor disputes, government actions, acts of god or any other conditions beyond the seller’s control are excused. the seller may postpone performance for a reasonable time thereafter. any dates or times provided for delivery are considered estimations. seller is not responsible for expenses incurred by delays.

shipping + delivery
unless stated otherwise, shipping and delivery charges are not included in the cost of goods and are not the responsibility of seller. seller facilitates delivery and shipment as a courtesy and is not responsible for damages OCCURRING in transit. all purchases should be fully-insured. transit times are determined by delivery/shipment method.

disclaimer
stone and wood are natural materials. as such, variations in color, character and texture are expected and must be accepted by purchaser. seller is not responsible for any stains, fissures, cracks or breakage that occur after goods are accepted in good condition by receiver or purchaser. all stone and wood goods purchased are sold ‘as is.’ there is no warranty of any kind expressed or implied.
